1. More light will be able to enter the picture, so the lights will be really bright and vibrant.
2. Less light will be let in, so it will not show up as bright or as full.
3. The shorter it is, the less light it captures, and the less lines it shows.
4. The longer it is, more light is let in and it looks cool.
5. A long ISO, long shutter speed, and low f stop worked the best.
