  1. This image is about a city that flooded from the ocean. This otter got washed up with it. 
  2. It was easy to find them once I found some inspiration. 
  3. I used quick selection tool, hue and saturation layers, and layer masks. 
  4. Blending for sure. 
  5. Quick selection blending.
